Pricing

Priced against outcomes.
Not seats. Not tokens.

Realized.Team is a governance-first execution substrate. Commercial terms are tied to verified ROI realization inside your environment — no per-seat licenses, no usage roulette, no shelfware.

Commercial model

Three principles behind every engagement.

Every commercial line item traces back to a measured business outcome, an auditable control, or a scoped workflow you approved.

  • Outcome-tied fees

A material share of the engagement fee is contingent on a jointly-signed ROI baseline — verified against your finance system of record.

  • Runtime cost passthrough

Model inference, infrastructure, and third-party API costs are billed at cost with a monthly ledger — no hidden margin on tokens.

  • Reversible by phase

Every phase has an exit clause. Stop after Discovery, stop after Pilot, stop after any Realization phase — with full IP handover clauses in the MSA.

Engagement phases

Three phases. Fixed shape. Priced per environment.

You start with a scoped workshop and only advance when the prior phase has met its exit criteria. No annual commit is required before Phase 02.

  • Fixed fee

    Discovery Workshop

    90 minutes · remote or on-site

A single workshop that ends with a scoped Phase 01 candidate workflow, a baseline ROI hypothesis, and a control map.

    • Runtime + governance walkthrough with your team
    • Two candidate workflows selected against your systems of record
    • Baseline ROI hypothesis + measurement plan
    • Draft OWASP ASI 2026 + EU AI Act control map

    → outcome

    A go / no-go decision packet — not a proposal deck.

  • Time-boxed

    Bounded Pilot

6–10 weeks · one workflow · one environment

A single production workflow, deployed inside your VPC, with HITL gates and full audit fabric from day one.

    • Runtime deployed in your VPC (or Realized.Team Cloud)
    • One workflow live end-to-end with policy enforcers
    • Signed audit trail + FINMA-ready evidence export
    • Weekly ROI ledger against the Discovery baseline

    → outcome

A verified ROI number and a scaling decision.

  • Outcome-tied

    Realization Engagement

Rolling phases · per workflow · per environment

Successive phases scale from the pilot to a portfolio of governed workflows. A material share of fees is contingent on realized ROI.

    • Phase-by-phase rollout with exit clauses
    • Dedicated runtime SRE + governance engineer
    • Quarterly board-grade audit + control evidence pack
    • Model, connector, and residency BYO across the portfolio

    → outcome

Governed autonomous execution at portfolio scale.

FAQ

Questions engagement teams ask first.

Why no public price list?
Outcome-tied fees depend on your baseline: current cycle time, error rate, and finance-verified cost per transaction. We publish a number after the Discovery Workshop — it's yours to keep whether or not you continue.
Do you charge per seat or per token?
No. Runtime infrastructure and model inference are passed through at cost with a monthly ledger. Our fee is tied to the workflow outcome, not to consumption.
What happens if the ROI baseline isn't hit?
The outcome-tied portion of the fee is proportionally reduced or waived per the MSA. The runtime and audit evidence remain yours — no clawback.
Can we stop after the pilot?
Yes. Every phase has an exit clause with IP handover and data-export terms defined upfront. There is no annual commit until Phase 02 signoff.
Where does the runtime live?
In your VPC (AWS, Azure, GCP), air-gapped on-prem, or on Realized.Team Cloud with EU / US / CH residency. Deployment topology never affects the governance contract.
Which models can we bring?
OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or your own fine-tunes. The runtime is model-agnostic and swaps providers per workflow — governance sits underneath.
